ZIMMERMAN VERDICT—-NOT GUILTY. What do we do now?

tRAYVON ZIMMERMAN

A jury essentially composed of all white females found George Zimmerman not guilty tonight of the murder of an unarmed, 17 year-old Trayvon Martin. I emphasize the gender because there are still so many black men who believe that white women are victims of white men and significantly less likely to be racists (white dominators). (correction: the jury was composed of 5 white females who bullied a confused sixth juror, a woman I believe functions as black)

Next, I want to address the fact that there are many black people equating the death of Trayvon Martin and the acquittal of his murderer with the carnage caused by black people pulling triggers on other black people. We grieve for them all. But, the level of threat from ALL forms of mistreatment just went up dramatically as a result of this one case. This ONE highly publicized case, perhaps the most publicized murder trial of all time, has removed almost all restraint from the conditions that cause the violence in places where black people are concentrated. If a private citizen can, again, hunt down an unarmed black person, be brought to charges in front of the whole world, and walk away, do you think anything will happen to non-black people who deprive us of the right to earn enough to reside in decent housing and know where the next meal is coming from? So, do you think that the conditions from which such violence stems has any chance of eradication? Do we now see that this mistreatment will never stop as long as we play along and hope along?

We are now, OFFICIALLY, back in the the night-rider phase of white domination in this part of the world. Having gone around twice, we should now be able to collectively understand that white folks NEVER intend to stop the practice of racism (white domination).

Investment portfolios and entrepreneurship are not going to get us out of this. We know what happened to Marcus Garvey and the UNIA, to Tulsa’s Black Wall Street, to our grandparent’s land in the south.

The first order of business for any group of people is defense. And, in this vast terror-dome, the guns these white/non-black people are carrying are like nightsticks that security guards carry in parking lots. They are backed up by the most awesome technology the world has known. We will need to develop a defense against their battering rams, drones, heat guns, and other chemical and biological weapons. In one generation, Japan went from an island nation of peasant farmers to a military power when, in 1904, they sank Russia’s flagship naval vessel that had been sent by Europe to block its access to the rest of the world. We can improve on Japan’s record of getting technology know-how. We can do it in less than a generation. Black people are the most creative people on this planet. It’s just that now, we MUST use it on the stuff that has a longer pipeline than fashion, or music, or slam-dunks. Even collective economics takes less determination than dedicating our entire population to scientific thinking. We don’t need meetings or rallies. We need study sessions. We need something that cannot be taken out by our tormentors focusing on one or a few laboratory groups. We need everybody to both think and learn and to support the most able of our kith and kin in this effort. If you know someone who is working so hard on a promising project that they barely have time to eat, bring them meals. We can all do something.

Science + creativity → Technology → Defense

We have to make it stop once and for all. Let’s dig in.

Cocooning huh?lol Yeah we all need a break once in awhile from the crazy blogosphere.lol God to hear from you though. Just wanted to make sure you ere okay. I must admit I do miss your Blogtalk show. Hopefully you’ll have some in the future. I’m doing pretty good. I recently created a blog about black health.

Be sure to check it out and subscribe. I always appreciate the support. Well good to know things are well with you and Sonny. I can relax now that I know you’re alive and well. lol

  3. I’m cocooning and metamorphosing to an extent. But, it means so much to me that you cared en ought to inquire, KP. How are you lately?

  4. Kushite Prince Says:

    @Cree
How you been? Just dropping by to check on you. I hadn’t heard from you in awhile. Just wanted to make sure things are okay with you. I’m sure you probably just needed a break or just taking care of personal issues. In any case, I hope things are going well. Peace.

  5. CREE-EIGHT Says:

Well, rbrownes, I appreciate your candor. Truly. But, my eye is very different than yours. I find white folks– men, women and children—- to be very ugly as a lot. At best, they are not painful for me to look at. And, my husband is the same way. How is that not constructive if it’s the truth?—especially in a system of white domination? I know that what you say about 99.9999+% of black people is true—due to all the programming. But, it’s not true with us. We have both taken the Implcit Association Test to prove this assertion.

Ours is a very strange household. The work we each do brings us into very little contact with them. Nothing positive is ever said about white folks and hasn’t been for at least 7 years. We do not watch music videos or television (except for the rare news story online). We only buy science magazines. When we watch movies, it’s just about always together and we cannot help but pick out the racism all through the movie—and point out how ugly white folks are…..They are deficient. Unfinished. To some extent, that goes for all non-black people. That is not to say that I find all black people physically attractive.

  6. “@TrojanPam:I think a lot of black females are afraid to have this conversation because the reactions from black males can be intimidating, and we’re afraid that what little bonds we have left will be broken if we give any push back.
And (I assume) black males don’t believe we can handle their honest feelings about us, either, (and they’re probably right)”

I don’t think there are many black females that are intimidated by black males and black females have never had a problem voicing their opinion of black men and especially negative opinions. But I don’t think black females should even worry about losing any kind of bond that’s left between us. We should be open and honest with each other and let the chips fall where they may. That bond can’t be hurt any more than it already has. Now I do agree that black males are probably hesitant about voicing their honest feelings to you for fear you may not be able to handle it. But we need to be bold and not worry about that.

The rest of that post was right on the money!!

  7. “From Cree:Thanks for the input, rbrownes. I only know what older black men say publicly to that a black female likelu me can see/hear it. But, I think can see how many who say that are lkikely just offering a justification for pursuing white women whose brain-computers have be thoroughly trashed to see that wretched being as beautiful—-hairy thighs, crows feet, mole-ridden, flaccid-behinds, melanin deficiencies and all.”

I wouldn’t say I’ve been around that many “enlightened” black men but I have not been around black men around my age who say white females are less racist. Again, most blacks don’t even talk about race. It’s a non-issue. The conversation of racism is not talked about. I’d have to ask the black men who I hang around about this because the topic never comes up and I’m surprised the topic would come up among black females. I would think black men would have sense enough to not even disclose those types of ideas with black females…lol.

My feelings on white women are that they are no different than their man but they seem to have the feeling that black men lust after them and for the most part that’s true and they use that to their advantage. And that’s due to the imagery of her that has permeated the black mans mind. Not making an excuse but just saying. But I wouldn’t called the white female a wretched being. I’ve never heard the white male called a wretched being or ugly. There are nice looking white females just like there are nice looking black females. I asked you a question some time ago if a black man told you he thought all white females were ugly, would you believe him and I think you said it depended on the man. I’d go so far as to say 99.999% of black females would say they would not believe him. I see the word “constructive” a lot and to call her ugly or mole-ridden or have eye crows is not constructive. There is so many things we can find to criticize white females about but her looks isn’t one of them. I’m not saying all white females are beautiful. But it has to be some reason ALL females of color seem to strive to look like her and I think it’s because they think she’s beautiful too. Does she sit in the sun to tan her skin? Yes she does but there are more people of color wanting to look like her than her wanting to look like people of color and that’s saying something given they are approx. 5% of the worlds population. It won’t make us, black male or black female, look at her as ugly because of your statement. Is she “down” with her man in their racist system? Most definitely!! That should be our main focus and not how she looks.

  8. “Our damage goes five hundred years deep.”

Pam, unfortunately it goes deeper than that. The time of honoring Black female is waaaaay back there. The sickness of patriarchy and wannabe patriarchy is deep and wide. I witnessed some misogyny in Africa that literally brought tears to my eyes. Indeed, we can’t begin to expect any success against anti-humans when so many of us are anti-humans in blackface. The deception is quite high tech.

“…brain-computers have be thoroughly trashed into belieing that wretched being as beautiful—-hairy thighs, crows feet, mole-ridden, flaccid-behinds, melanin deficiencies and all.”

CREE, indeed it would be one thing if those black males who pursue white females pursued the billboard, magazine and film imagery. But in addition to your list, I see quite a few with fat to obese and oftentimes with some form of retardation. There seems to be much more empathy for the flawed white female than the understandably flawed black female.

  9. @ rbrownes

I don’t know how or when but the conversation between black males and black females will have to be addressed honestly before we can even think of unifying to eliminate the system of white supremacy.

I think a lot of black females are afraid to have this conversation because the reactions from black males can be intimidating, and we’re afraid that what little bonds we have left will be broken if we give any push back.

And (I assume) black males don’t believe we can handle their honest feelings about us, either, (and they’re probably right)

And there’s two more conversations that NEED to take place.

a dialogue between black females AND why we are so quick to mistreat each other

and a dialogue between black males AND why they are so quick to kill (or harm) each other

The root cause of all of this anti-blackness is racism/white supremacy, but those are just words,

deep down, our own anti-blackness stops us from keeping our eyes (and the blame) on white people because we have been programmed (by white people) to keep our eyes AND the blame on each other.

Our damage goes five hundred years deep. Unless we’re serious about fixing it — which means an END to attempted sexism by black males against black females, and black females mistreating other black females, and black females mistreating black males, and black males mistreating each other

All of this has to stop.

Otherwise, there’s no pointing in attempting to stop white people from doing whatever they want to us because we will be sitting ducks for whatever they have planned for us and that’s no exaggeration.

  10. CREE-EIGHT Says:

Thanks for the input, rbrownes. I only know what older black men say publicly so that a black female like me can see/hear it. But, I think I can see how many who say that they believe white women are less racist are likely just offering a justification for pursuing white women because their brain-computers have be thoroughly trashed into belieing that wretched being as beautiful—-hairy thighs, crows feet, mole-ridden, flaccid-behinds, melanin deficiencies and all.

  11. “there are still so many black men who believe that white women are victims of white men and significantly less likely to be racists”

I use to think this way when I was in my late teens/early 20’s. I don’t know what age range you are talking about when you make this statement though. I have not heard talk of white women being less racist outside of the age I was thinking that. I don’t know (but don’t think so) if you are basing that on black men in the age range I was thinking that because I don’t think black men older are thinking that. It’s even worst. They don’t even care if she is more or less racist. These guys with these white women today just lust after white women. The constant parading of her on tv, magazines, videos, billboards have planted the seed of her being the defacto standard of beauty. These black men aren’t thinking she’s less racist. So, I disagree with your statement of black men believing white women are less racist or less likely to be racist unless you are talking very young adults. Because of the brainwashing, she looks prettier, more sexually appealing. The thought she is more or less racist than her man doesn’t even come to black men’s minds…lol

  12. @Trojan Pam

Sustah, I couldn’t agree with you more on your post about anti-blackness.

  13. CREE-EIGHT Says:

You know, rbrownes, we don’t disagree on what behavior needs to stop. We only disagree, it seems, on our capacity to learn the science necessary to defend ourselves. We need learn nothing else about white folk, I agree, except how to PHYSICALLY stop them once and for all from abusing us. And, for that reason, I think we should be glad that those in closet proximity to them are able, for now, to get a look see at their science materials.

  14. Impressive information about the zimmerman case, Cree. I will continue to read the post to see if any “what if’s” come up. Haven’t checked my email in a long time so I’m just catching up.

  15. @Josh
You know, your statement about what if zimmerman was telling the truth reminds me of what white people said about rodney king being beat. Remember what they said, “well, we don’t know what happened before the camera came on”. Typical excuses for our mistreatment with a lot of “what ifs”. I’m not going to say anything else about your statement because it would give it validity. I can only say I hope you are a white person. See, no one said the story told by that white racist female about the black boys killing her kid could POSSIBLY be false. No one said, that sounds strange for a 16 year old and 14 year old to be so cold as to shoot a baby in the face. No one white even questioned that but black people did. White people always believe the worst about us no matter how ridiculous it sounds. But no white people came up with any “what ifs”. The story was believe and those black boys were the scum of the earth. But when some racist does something to harm us, rather actual beating or lying, and come to find out they were wrong, whites come up with the “what ifs”. Again, I surely hope you are a white person.

  16. @Cree from July 28,2013
I didn’t say those things as a remedy for white folks abusing us. I’m just saying things we can do to better our condition and if we stop killing each other, robbing each other, cursing each other,etc.,etc., then that would go a long way in bettering our condition. I’m just talking things we have power over. We don’t have power over white people and if I knew the answer to stop white people from abusing us, believe me, I’d tell/say it. But I don’t know just like everyone else here. Let’s do those things I said, FIRST, then we can tackle the problem of white racism. I hate to sound like a scratched record but it appears to me we, black people, keep putting the cart before the horse. At this point in time, I don’t even think we should be discussing how to stop white folks from abusing us because we can’t. We can declare war on them like the american indians did but we are in worst shape than they were back then and anyway, look where they are today and I’m not talking those few casinos they have. Their people aren’t reaping the rewards of a few rich indian casino owners. I’m not going to get all melodramatic and talk about shooting it out with white people because that’s silly. This is just our condition at this time.

You talk about learning something about white people. I’ve been listening to you and gus for a few years I think there is a lot of information you guys have presented out here. So, seeing our actions, what have we learned? As a whole, we haven’t changed any. You have probably talked to relatives and friends like I have about racism and you see there is no interest in it. So being in close proximity and learning about them, hell, white people aren’t trying to hide anything. They are out in the open about their stuff yet we have not adjusted. I don’t think there is anything more we need to learn about them than we already know. And they certainly aren’t afraid of us. And as far as other black, the black americans have no kinship with other black people and people of color around the world. When africans come here they don’t want to live with us. We, the african americans, are despised by all races. So we shouldn’t look for help from any kin-people or other races.

This is just my opinion. I just think we should concentrate on things we can do something about. I think everything else will fall into place afterwards or the path with become more clear.

I see this question a lot about what can we do about white people killing us and/or abusing us so obviously there hasn’t been an answer to it. I guess it’s ok to talk about it. So, I’m going to have to refrain myself from getting into such discussions. But it’s hard to see things mentioned that will not work but, like I said, there’s nothing wrong with talking about them. I’ve seen talk about starting our own school system. Do people know the ASTRONOMICAL amount of money that would take and white folks aren’t going to help. Well, I’m through.

  17. @ Cree

    who said,

“Unless and until our will to do that is greater than our anti-blackness and our anti-black femaleness, TAINT gon happen.”

AMEN, Cree. I’m glad you’re seeing some encouraging signs, just wanted to put it out there that just being “codified” (talking the talk) ain’t the same thing as walking the walk — and I’m talking about myself as well

because most of us (probably all of us) are filled to the brim with anti-blackness that short-circuits our counter-racist efforts.

until we are willing to address that person in our mirrors and really, really examine the way we treat other victims AND why we are mistreating other victims, we are never going to have the will or the ability to eliminate the system of white supremacy

  18. CREE-EIGHT Says:

Indeed, Trojan Pam. To bring the system of white domination (racism), It IS going to take some critical number of black people saying and doing the most constructive things to counter the system of white domination (racism). And, we are going to have to exchange views and modify what we are saying and doing, at times, in order to get there. Unless and until our will to do that is greater than our anti-blackness and our anti-black femaleness, TAINT gon happen. But, I’ve been encouraged lately. I see the logic taking hold in the general black populace even though they have no idea of the history of it. At any rate, what is there that is more worth doing? At different times, I’ve been tempted to give it all up. But, I’ve never found an answer to that question.

  19. Excellent analysis, Cree, and definitely a wake-up call. Trayvon wasn’t murdered in the heart of a black “ghetto” by violent gangbangers.

He was murdered on Main Street after coming from a store with a bag of Skittles and a bottle of iced tea. You don’t anymore generic than that.

If he can be GUNNED down by a private citizen who is then acquitted of murder, all of us are at risk.

At the same time full license is being given to murder black people of any age or sex, movies like “The Purge” and “Django” are being produced to make it appear that black people are the biggest threat to white people on the planet

and the black response to all this black scapegoating appears to be MORE anti-blackness AND attempted sexism on the part of other black people.

Where I live (in Chicago) anti-blackness and attempted sexism are off the hook as increasingly frightened, powerless black people seek other black victims to take out their rage and impotence and FEAR on

The lack of support within the black “counter-racist” community for other victims seems to confirm (at least in my mind) that the LEAST confused victims are often the most anti-black and the least supportive. (?)

I don’t think we can mount ANY defense OR solve a single problem we have until we eliminate and/or greatly reduce our own anti-blackness. Otherwise, it amounts to just more talk and showing off how “smart” we are without doing the real work on ourselves.

we know the problem is white people BUT I wonder if we plan on being part of the problem or part of the solution? That is the overall biggest question in my mind right now.

    Otherwise, a great post

  20. […] ZIMMERMAN VERDICT – -NOT GUILTY. What do we do now? […]

  21. CREE-EIGHT Says:

    LBM, here’s my definition:

black person = at a specific time, any person who is subject to mistreatment on the basis of color by one or more persons classified as white.

This definition avoids splitting hairs over what phenotype qualifies a person as black. And, it is focused on eliminating the system that does the classifying for the purposes of mistreatment. The logic is, that if a global SYSTEM of white domination exists, then tribal identifications–which are done by the members who may or may not be white—are of significantly less importance.

  22. What is “truthful” about the product of a white female and black male being “black”?
I’m actually very unemotional (feelings) about this but trying to hear it out. I’m not a subscriber to the “1 drop rule”. I’ve given my personally codified definition of “black”. Are you saying there’s a more “truthful” or “scientific” definition that makes white females able to have “black” children?

What definition of “black” are you basing this discussion on? I guess that’s what I should have asked in the first place. It’s obviously different than the definition I live by.

  23. CREE-EIGHT Says:

I don’t think you are clear in what I’m saying, LBM. It’s not about how one “feels” about a statement. It’s about whether a statement is true or false and, then, about the the willingness to consider anything else about the subject that is put forth by someone who has said something that is false.

  24. “…..I foresee being invalidated in responding to other black folks empathizing with these offspring’s experience with mistreatment on the basis of color.”

I think I’m clear with what you’re saying. As a Black female with two black parents and two sets of black grandparents, I don’t/wouldn’t feel in the least invalidated by self-empathizing. Herein lies the danger of condemning an act- sexing with an anti-human- yet giving positive emotional resources to the product of that act. I don’t have that particular confusion. Again, I don’t think such people, particularly as youth should be mistreated – at the same time, I feel severely mistreated if being asked to consider the white female womb as equal to or supreme to mine. I’d also feel mistreated if asked to honor a white woman’s child over my own or those like my own.

  25. CREE-EIGHT Says:

Josh and Thawack, I am CERTAIN I approved all of your most recent posts yesterday or this morning. This is about the fifth or sixth time, I suspect that this has happened. I wasn’t sure before whether, I somehow forgot to click “approve” but this time, i know. I suspect the usual suspects are trying to cause increased conflict between their victims.

  26. CREE-EIGHT Says:

LBM, to me, in essence your questions is me how it help our fight of white domination to accept the truth. To me, it is clear that White folks determine who has no choice in whether a person a person is black.

White folks can determine who is black but each black person ermines who we will work with and how. For, me “unclaimed black” or similar term recognizes both facts. If I deny the truth of that some offspring of white women are black, I foresee being invalidated in responding to other black folks empathizing with these offspring’s experience with mistreatment on the basis of color.

  27. To Josh,

Are the posts you put up excersises in counter racist/critical thinking? I 1st thought you were being disagreeable to be disagreeable. Now I believe your posts are a way to help us ,by taking a alternate route. Please let me know. thank you.

  28. Okay, so how does it help to fight white domination by accepting wf children as “black” or by promoting that she has the reproductive power to produce black. If we’re saying that whites will do nothing to destroy the system of white domination – that WE must change how we think, how we regard and interact with them – how is it helpful to devalue our wombs and overvalue hers?

I don’t advocate mistreatment of the offspring of wf – but I also know that I can’t afford sentimentality either. I understand the Truth of the womb and of the Black Womb. It’s been undervalued and under attack for sure but I (LBM) understand it as Truth.

“Unclaimed Black”? Not feelin’ it but towards what effect?

  29. Since learning about the United Independent Method of counter racism, by necessity I had to shift more and more emphasis onto the independent side.

Due to the human preference for hierarchy, self improvement may be the best way for a person to become better. Group improvement may seem easier; but eventually dogma and tradition crush innovation and adaption. With self improvement it is only the ego you must overcome.

There are many steps an individual black person can take to counter racism that do not require:

    1. A lot of money.

    2. Permission/support of white people.

    3. Permission/support of black people.

mastering the independent side of the United Independent Method may be whats required to produce a United Method of counter racism; which is usually more powerful than an independent method.

  30. CREE-EIGHT–
I thought her performance was outstanding. But, that is a different issue. I do believe there is MORE to the story of how Trayvon was killed and Zimmerman’s involvement in it and that Jeantel knows some part of it.
    **********************************************************************************

Right, for example, I would like to know from her: who was the first person she told about her conversation with Trayvon the night he was killed?

Its possible she tried to come forward MUCH earlier but was counseled to “shut up” about it, possibly by a shifty lawyer who wanted to “spring it” on the defense at a time and place of his choice.

Either way, her 3 weeks of silence means something.

    BTW– if any person ever finds themselves in the position of being followed by a person they suspect intends to harm them, and they have a cell phone; they can always call 9-1-1;

All 9-1-1 calls are recorded and timestamped; indeed, given the state of technology, even your geographical position may be recorded.

You should do this before you run from someone; or even do them both at the same time.

You already bought and paid for this service.

    Please use it.

  31. Since learning about the United Independent Method of counter racism, by necessity I had to shift more and more emphasis onto the independent side.

  32. CREE-EIGHT Says:

LBM, I appreciate where you’re going. Neither am I concerned with the offspring of WF and for the reasons you cite. I am just trying to get that off the ground and it seems to me that saying they are not black punches a hole in that balloon. Working with truth is much easier than working against it. Perhaps we need a new term like “unclaimed black.” Do you see what I mean?

  33. Regardless of how the product is “forced” to function,
I don’t think the white womb is in any way a positive toward the destruction of white domination or the establishment of Black family as the basis for mental and physical recovery from the damage already done.
I also think it’s counter-productive to tell a black male not to lay with a white female, but don’t worry, if you do, the child will be black anyway.
I think to put the main concern with the possible mistreatment of the product of bm/wf mating at the expense of the degrade-ation of the Black womb is genocidal. In this climate when our wombs are attacked at every turn I’m just not seeing the productiveness in promoting that Black children can be produced without Black women.
I’m just not feeling too much concern with white female offspring regardless of how whites choose to regard them.
I’m exercising my right to reject the ABFV in every way 🙂

  34. CREE-EIGHT Says:

No, ma’am. Please do, LBM. ABFV (Anti-Black-Female Virus) or ABFR (Anti-Black-Female rabies). I see your point about the white mothers of black children. It’s highly problematic. But, if the child looks like Boris Kodjoe, is it not the reality that they are forced to function as black? But, being unconcerned about it or, worse, encouraging it, is a world apart form simply recognizing it, I think.

  35. “Anti-Black Female Virus”, do you mind if I use that?

It’s just so happens that I’m listening to a podcast as I’m checking into here – one in which a black female is affirming that a white female can have a black child. I don’t understand why we don’t see the danger in that….Sorry, I know this comment is off topic.

  36. CREE-EIGHT Says:

The burden of any affirmative defense, including that of self-defense, is on the defense not the prosecution. That is, once a defendant admits to killing a person, the burden is on him/her to prove it was justified by way of a reason allowed by statute or case law. So, the prosecution did not have to PROVE an alternative narrative. Zimmerman’s eyewitness testimony was impeached by the physical evidence AND by Zimmerman’s own statements.

I submit that a depraved state of mind was NOT disproved by his call to the police but rather substantiated by it with his statement, “these fucking punks…they always get away.” Even the lead investigator evidenced the alarming state of mind that statement showed when he questioned Zimmerman on the night of the murder. Of course, here, the definition of “depraved” is crucial. However, one thing that I’m certain “depraved’ does not mean as used in this law is “completely irrational.” Were that the case, it would corroborate a claim of insanity and, therefore, not be the second most serious charge of murder.

Rachel Jeantel’s “reluctance” and “ghosting” routine was not ridiculous to me. The vicious way she was characterized is something she has experienced her entire life and one she likely anticipated. I thought her performance was outstanding. But, that is a different issue. I do believe there is MORE to the story of how Trayvon was killed and Zimmerman’s involvement in it and that Jeantel knows some part of it. However, the fact remains that Zimmerman was, at least, one of the killers and his claim of self-defense was not proved.

It is obvious from the outcry about this murder and Zimmerman’s acquittal that black people care about each other. And, it is obvious that the five white women on the jury would rather have Zimmerman as their neighbor than most, if not all, black people.

Josh, it might be time for you take some more R&R from the battlefield. It seems the racists (white dominators) are breaking you. That anti-black female virus they implanted may have replicated to a dangerous level.

  37. So Zimmerman (the only existing eyewitness) provided a narrative to support his claim of defending himself.

Since Martin was killed, the prosecution lacked an alternative eyewitness narrative. They kinda halfway tried to construct one using physical evidence, but even then, it left big gaps where they would need to make up things…

My point is, even if you think Zimmerman is withholding information useful to the prosecution, SOMEBODY must still identify it and PROVE IT.

I don’t think they even tried to do that.

For example, there is about 40 feet between the place where GZ says he was punched and knocked down, and Martins body; yet neither the Sanford PD or the prosecution hammered hard on the only eyewitness (GZ) to get an answer to that question.

When pressed by detective Serino, GZ said: “I can’t remember”

Let me put it like this; as lame as GZ’s story was, in the end it was the only COMPLETE story. And once you have a complete story, you can weave another custom made narrative out of the available evidence to support the story.

The prosecution had no story other than the “depraved mind” angle and since they could find no evidence of GZ racism, they really had nothing concrete to hold on to.

GZ called the police, and he knew they were coming. That really saved him from the “depraved mind” thing

The Rachel Jeantel witness was ridiculous in her reluctance on the stand and 3 week “ghosting” routine before coming forward; WTF was that?

This is why I say as long as black people don’t care about each other, why should anyone else; especially a jury full of white women?

Then again, it could have been something as simple as those women jurors thinking: “which one of these two guys would I rather have as my neighbor?”

  38. CREE-EIGHT Says:

Josh, in answer to your two questions:
    1. A defense against a murder charge that is not “affirmative” is one in which the defendant does not affirm/ admit to the killing; For instance, the defendant says that he/she he was not at the scene of the killing at the time the killings occurred.
    2. No, self-defense is not the only way for a person to be found not guilty of murder. There are other affirmative and non-affirmative defenses for 2nd degree murder. One example was cited above.

  39. CREE-EIGHT Says:
Josh, self-defense is an affirmative defense for murder in Florida as it is in every state.
    *******************************************************************************

    1. Can you give me an example of a “non affirmative defense?” for 2nd degree murder?

    2. Is self defense the only way for a person to be found not guilty of 2nd degree murder?

  40. CREE-EIGHT–
Josh, when you said, To jail Zimmerman you must build a cell big enough to fit all of us.,” who did you mean by “us?”
    *********************************************************************************

By “us” I mean ALL the people in the known universe including myself, white people and nonwhite people.

  41. CREE-EIGHT Says:

Josh, when you said, “ To jail Zimmerman you must build a cell big enough to fit all of us.,” who did you mean by “us?”

  42. CREE-EIGHT Says:

Josh, self-defense is an affirmative defense for murder in Florida as it is in every state. I.e., a killing of a human being is not “unlawful” as referenced in the statute you cite if the killing is in self-defense.

  43. Kushite Prince Says:

Yeah he nailed it! I’ve seen a lot of his videos on Youtube. He breaks it down plain and simple. I know what you mean about him speaking on Al. We know white people pull all the strings. But I think it’s important that these black folks are exposed to a degree. Mainly since there are misleading the masses of black people in the wrong direction. Those of us who understand racism KNOW this already. But for the ones that don’t—-we have speak on it. Al and Jesse have to called out for their deception. Even if they themselves are only the puppets.

  44. CREE-EIGHT Says:

kowaba, if we’re talking serious technological development in cottage-like fashion, we don’t need that many…25,000 totally dedicated persons, I think, would do the job. There are about 24 million black people over the age of 20 in the U.S.. That’s about 1 garage/kitchen scientist/inventor per 1,000 black people over the age of twenty.

Glad you got something out of the talk with Dr. Bonilla-Silva

  45. CREE-EIGHT Says:

KP, I’m a huge admirer of the work of Alton Maddox. HUGE. I must co-sign on everything he said in the citation you posted—except for the focus on Sharpton. Unless I’m commiserating with the compromise in which a victim of this system finds himself, I try to keep the focus on non-black folks for strategic reasons. Non-black folks use a reverse strategy when it comes to us.

  46. Cree,

I really like this post and how you stressed that the sixth juror was functioning as black. That’s one of the most important lessons I’ve learned so far in my journey. I wish more black people realized this. It doesn’t matter if a person has one non-black parent or they speak Spanish; French; or are from the West Indies, as far as white people are concerned that person is black.

Also I listened to your show with Dr. Bonilla-Silva. It was good stuff. I think he is very accurate on how he described the workings of racism/white domination. I purchased a kobo book of the fourth edition of Racism Without Racists because of the show.

I agree with developing our defense. My question is: how do we convince other black people that this is paramount. Marching doesn’t help our situation. Trying to shame white and other non-black people doesn’t either. Joining in on other people’s struggles bears us no productive fruit towards our struggle. Thought reform seems to be in many aspects entrenched in this mainstream (white) culture and the lack of a solid, firm identity (disruption of developing a firm identity via indoctrination at public and private schools) for most of our people, I believe increases the effectiveness of this braintrashing.

I’m stumped. I work with black students in a predominately white school (the black students are tracked into Special Education classes) and these kids don’t listen to what I have to say.

Regardless, study sessions are a great ideas!

  47. Kushite Prince Says:

    @Cree
I found this to be an excellent observation by the great Alton Maddox Jr. He absolutely nailed it! What do you think?

After a virtually all-white, all female jury in Seminole County, FL acquitted George Zimmerman of murder and manslaughter charges in the death of Trayvon Martin, Rev. Al Sharpton vowed that he would spur and stage marches around more than one hundred federal courthouses. So far, no one has accused him of breaching his promise.

Of course, his promise was not a demand. Since the venues were courthouses, he sought to infer that the U.S. Justice Department should commence a civil rights prosecution against Zimmerman. His promise of interim action fell far short of making a demand, however. A demand ends with “or else”.

After the past week-end of marches, he scheduled a “three-day retreat” in Florida, the scene of the crime. At the end of the retreat, he would announce a game plan. On this past Thursday, he made no new announcement. The acquittal of George Zimmerman was not an intervening circumstance. The already planned “March on Washington” on August 24, 2013 was still intact.

This is Sharpton’s modus operandi. He starts or highlights racial fires for the media and he waters them down before any white person suffers an injury. In the meantime, he fans the flames in order for a media outlet to enjoy top ratings. This is converted into advertising dollars. He heads the Madison Avenue Initiative and for a good reason.

If you are awaiting further instructions on securing justice for Trayvon Martin, you may locate Sharpton at a five-star hotel and “living large”. His living quarters are a far cry from those of Dr. Martin L. King, Jr. who was assassinated at the Lorraine Hotel in Memphis, TN. According to Sharpton’s materialistic standard, this was a “flea bag” hotel.

Sharpton loves his white enemies and he despises any Black person who will stand his or her ground in the face of white supremacists selling “wolf” tickets. This is why he admires Rev. Jesse L. Jackson and he has problems with the mild-mannered Booker T. Washington who left Blacks with Tuskegee Institute as an example of his legacy.

On January 12, 1991, a white supremacist stabbed Sharpton in his chest and near his heart in Bensonhurst. United African Movement was demanding the prosecution of all the mob members responsible for the death of Yusef Hawkins. Joseph Fama had already received a sentence of thirty-three years to life by a jury in Brooklyn Supreme Court. UAM was responsible for this relatively stiff sentence.

Sharpton’s assailant was prosecuted and convicted of stabbing him. At the assailant’s sentencing, Sharpton made a surprise appearance but instead of delivering an impact statement, “he got on his knees” and begged for mercy for the white assailant. Sharpton was also opposed to harming Zimmerman under the white man’s version of natural law.

The doctrine of stare decisis controls litigation in American jurisprudence. Under the doctrine of stare decisis, prior precedent should control the outcome of future litigation. This works in theory but it fails in practice. Race is the determinative factor in the application of the doctrine of stare decisis.

Yankel Rosenbaum was a Jew who was walking on a street in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Allegedly, Lemrick Nelson, a descendant of enslaved Africans, confronted Rosenbaum and stabbed him. The Jewish community was outraged and demanded justice or “an eye for an eye”.

Lemrick Nelson was indicted for murder and had to stand trial in Brooklyn Supreme Court. Whites saw a slam dunk. The jury saw it differently and Nelson was acquitted of all charges. The Jewish community and its politicians refused to take “no” for an answer and required the U.S. Department of Justice to be “creative”.

Lemrick Nelson was indicted, tried and convicted of violating the civil rights of Yankel Rosenbaum. The federal judge threw the book at Nelson even though Rosenbaum was actually the victim of medical malpractice. This was the cause of death and not any civil rights violation.

Sharpton is now suffering amnesia. A Jewish caravan had actually run over young Gavin Cato in Crown Heights. This recklessness or wantonness sparked the rebellion in Crown Heights. Sharpton accompanied me to Israel to serve legal papers on the driver of the vehicle that killed Cato. Rosenbaum was killed amid the rebellion. Sharpton refuses to engage in a comparative analysis.

Anyone who engages in comparative analysis between Lemrick Nelson and George Zimmerman can easily and readily conclude that the prosecution of Zimmerman under federal civil rights statutes would be far easier than the prosecution of Nelson under the same laws especially since the cause of death of Rosenbaum was medical malpractice”. The hospital had to compensate the estate of Yankel Rosenbaum.

The U.S. Department of Justice justified the prosecution of Nelson on the theory that Nelson had impeded Rosenbaum’s constitutional right to travel. Of course, an enslaved African enjoyed no right to travel and Trayvon Martin is a descendant of enslaved Africans. By refusing to prosecute George Zimmerman for civil rights violations, the Obama Administration is sanctioning the holding in Dred Scott.

The doctrine of stare decisis requires the prosecution of Zimmerman for civil rights violations unless the equal protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment fails to apply to descendants of enslaved Africans. To add insult to injury, the original intent of civil rights statutes was for the protection of descendants of enslaved Africans.

The inability of Trayvon Martin to travel from his home to a 7-11 store and back without being stopped by a white vigilante is a “badge of slavery” and offends the Thirteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Civil rights statutes were enacted, more than a century ago, to stop the Ku Klux Klan from harassing Blacks on public streets and highways.

Dred Scott addressed the issue of the right of slaveowners to travel with their “slaves” to other states and territories without losing full title to them. The right to travel was recognized in the Bible. Moses petitioned Pharaoh to “let my people go”. The right to travel is also implicit in Article IV, section 2 of the U.S. Constitution.

In the murder of Trayvon Martin, Florida’s “Stand Your Ground” law is actually a “red herring”. The right to travel under the U.S. Constitution preempts a racist, state law and the U.S. Justice Department should have been “biting at the bit” to prosecute Zimmerman. His actions clearly violate federal laws independent of the proposed “2013 March on Washington”.

Sharpton is up to his old tricks. He operates a protection racket. This is racketeering in Florida v. Zimmerman but the federal government allows him to sell-out his people. This is in the best interest of national security. The “war on terrorism” started in 1865 with Blacks as the victims. Now, the “war on terrorism” enjoys diversity for both perpetrators and victims.

    To Josh,
Black Floridian Trevor Dooley made a self defense claim when he killed unarmed white David James. Trevor’s reasons for self defense were not just stated by himself, they were echoed by Danielle James the daughter of the man Trevor killed. With both statements Trevor was still convicted of manslaughter. If a video was to surface confirming Trevor’s claim as well as the claim of Danielle James, would you vote against manslaughter for Dooley? Also if a video were to surface should Trevor’s conviction be overturned?
    *********************************************************************************

I would first need to know the exact LANGUAGE of the charge against Trevor Dooley.

You can be found guilty of manslaughter if you kill someone after drinking and driving, or NOT drinking and driving, or even falling asleep behind the wheel.

Are you arguing these two cases are equivalent?

They are not. Manslaughter is NOT the same thing as 2nd degree murder.

  49. CREE-EIGHT Says:
    July 29, 2013 at 2:37 pm

Josh, first, I submit that Zimmerman’s guilt is NOT entirely dependent on his own false eyewitness testimony. The 911 calls, Zimmerman’s non-emergency call to the Sanford police, and the DNA evidence do not support a tenable claim of self-defense. Zimmerman admits shooting Trayvon. Trayvon died as a result of that shooting. Therefore, he is guilty of at least 2nd degree murder.
    **************************************************************************

OK, lets slow this down. Here is the LANGUAGE of the Florida 2nd degree murder charge:

“The unlawful killing of a human being, when perpetrated by any act imminently dangerous to another and evincing a depraved mind regardless of human life, although without any premeditated design to effect the death of any particular individual, is murder in the second degree and constitutes a felony of the first degree, punishable by imprisonment for a term of years not exceeding life or as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.”

Where does it mention “self defense?” Jury members are NOT at liberty to include/delete LANGUAGE into or out of a charge. It is my suspicion the jury found him NOT guilty of “evincing a depraved mind regardless of human life”.

In other words, they could NOT prove (beyond a reasonable doubt) Zimmerman is a racist (depraved mind)

    *********************************************************************************

“IF there was evidence to the contrary, however, the answer to your question as to whether I would still vote for a second degree murder conviction, is “At this time, I don’t know.” What is the reason that you would render a not guilty verdict if said (hypothetical) evidence existed?” — Cree7

It is my opinion that if objective evidence existed confirming Zimmerman’s account of the event, it would NOT prove he was “evincing a depraved mind regardless of human life,” (practicing racism).

Now, everything that occurred AFTER the shooting may be suspect, but thats not part of the language of the charge.

Trayvon Martin was a victim of racism long before he was a victim of a bullet. To jail Zimmerman you must build a cell big enough to fit all of us.

  50. CREE-EIGHT Says:

THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE IS DUTY-BOUND TO INVESTIGATE AND LIKELY PROSECUTE CERTAIN OFFICIALS OF THE SANFORD POLICE DEPARTMENT (SPD), THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT (FDLE), THE SEMINOLE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE, JUDGE DEBRA NELSON, THE FLORIDA STATE ATTORNEY’S OFFICE, ONE OR MORE OF THE SIX JURORS ON THE ZIMMERMAN TRIAL, ONE OR MORE OF GEORGE ZIMMERMAN’S DEFENSE ATTORNEYS, AND AT LEAST TWO WITNESSES INTERVIEWED BY OR QUESTIONED UNDER OATH D BY SPD, FDLE, THE DEFENSE ATTORNEYS, OR PROSECUTION ATTORNEYS.
    Here are 8 reasons why.
    ______________________________________________
    (1) It took 44 days for the Sanford Police Department to charge George Zimmerman even though his story of struggling on the grass and concrete conflicted with the fact that there were no concrete scuffs or tears and no grass stains in the photos taken the back pf Zimmerman’s jacket on the night of the killing. Zimmerman was not tested for drug use on the night of the murder.
    (2) The non-emergency recording of Zimmerman’s call to SPD reveal two other persons involved in the stalking of George Zimmerman: one talking to Zimmerman in-person and one on a 2nd phone talking to Zimmerman or the other accomplice. Yet forensics of FDLE failed to investigate the call records from cell phones using a tower serving that location at the time that a 2nd phone can be heard to ring during Zimmerman’s non-emergency call.
    (3) The 911 calls and at least two witnesses reveal that two or more shots were fired but Zimmerman’s gun is said to have been fired only once. FDLE and SPD failed to investigate that discrepancy.
    (4) The FDLE did not appoint a special prosecutor outside of the influence of SPD influence.
(5)Amongst other suspicious acts of ineptitude: When it came to trial, the prosecution did not move for a change of venue out of Sanford, FL, the jurisdiction that stalled on bringing charges against Zimmerman . It made minimal attempts to exclude potential jurors in stark contrast to the defenses vigorous attempts to exclude potential jurors. The prosecution never pointed out that, since Zimmermans’ gun was holstered behind his hip, if he had been on his back beneath Trayvon, he’d have been laying on the gun with Trayvon on top of him an neither could have seen nor reached the gun
(6)Witness Jonathan Manalos’s wife testified that her husband told her to stop looking outside to hear see were the noised were coming from and said to her, “mind your own business.” Yet, as soon as the shots were fires, he testified that he grabbed a flashlight, went outside and proceeded to take pictures of Zimmerman’s minor injuries and to take possession of his cell phone.
(7)Witness, John Good, testified that he saw Trayvon on top of Zimmerman clearly since the struggle to place closest to his town-home back window. However for reasons stated in item (1), that was impossible.
(8 Judge Debra Nelson and Seminole County Sheriff’s Department allowed hours of unsupervised visits with jurors opening the door for jury tampering through bribes, extortion, and intimidation.
    ______________________________________________
If Eric Holder believes that he is subject to harm as a black man pursuing such action, he should say so and request that white folks who officially subordinate to him take the lead. This admission would require great courage and its valor far outweighs any personal considerations of loyalty owed to the man who appointed him—especially since the president is, himself, much more at risk of harm to himself and his family by pursuing this matter.

  54. What if George Zimmerman is telling the truth?

What if the event really happened the way he described it?

What if he really was trying to protect his community?

I ask this question because it is my opinion that his guilt is entirely dependent on a false EYEWITNESS narrative he tells. If a video surfaces which reveals everything that happened, and it confirms his story,

would you still vote to find him guilty of 2nd degree murder?

    I would not.

    Would you?

  55. CREE-EIGHT Says:

rbrownes, we should do all of those things you mention. But, then, what? What are the mechanics in how that will stop white folks from abusing us? Presumably, we were doing all those things when the mistreatment started.

As to the comparison of our situation to the Japanese, what the Japanese had is less than what we have: 1) the proximity that those of who are amidst white folks brings more detection risks, yes. But, it also brings more opportunities to learn and observe. ; 2) There are many, many land masses all over the globe that are populated almost entirely by black folks.

That it hasn’t been done does not mean it cannot be done. I suggest you get a good dose of the content available on blacksciencefictionsociety.com, to help your ability to fathom. Much if not most of today’s technology was presented first as an idea in science fiction writing.

  56. rbrownes Says:

I’m not saying we can’t do anything but I can’t even comprehend anything we can do like what you said the Japanese did. They had an entire country. Anything we do will be done right in eye-shot and ear-shot of white people here in the united states. So we are in a unique situation. I think the answer is already here and that is to start loving each other. It’s so simple. We need to resist the white mans offers to pay us handsomely to entertain him. We need to go to work and do our jobs and stop going to work entertaining white people and playing with them and allowing them to play with us like we’re children. We need to be more involved and concerned about our children. It’s so many things we have the power to do. We don’t need to “create” some new weapon which white people would simply outlaw. We could leave their holidays alone. Don’t buy no turkey or christmas gifts or valentine day chocolate. I think the bible says it like “come out of her”. But I fear black people don’t want to give these things up. The few black people who work where I work all came to work the following Mon. after the verdict and everything was business as usual with the laughing and joking with white people just like nothing had happened. I’ve said this before and I hope it never happens but I think the only thing that would/will wake black people up is if white people started wholesale killing us. Other than that, I can’t see us awakening from this. We love being around them. We love being with them socially. We love revealing our innermost secrets to them about our personal lives. I’m not saying to not try to invent some kind of “weapon” but there is something right now we can do to combat this situation.

  59. The latest attempt at deception by racists is to bring up a case involving black Roderick Scott’s acquittal of killing a white boy 4 yrs ago and compare it with George Zimmerman’s acquittal of 2 wks ago.The racists are saying “Stop saying if Trayvon was white the verdict would’ve been different, here’s proof that’s wrong.” The Roderick Scott case is being used now to make a false analogy, because in 2009 these same people didn’t support Roderick Scott because blacks claiming self defense don’t get much favorable support. Yet they’ll use him now to show fake support. Also the white boy Chris Cervini was COMMITING A CRIME ,trying to rob a car .Trayvon wasn’t .However a black persons suspicion is equal to a white persons ACTUAL GUILT. Let’s keep up the efforts to counter.

  60. Kushite Prince Says:

    @Cree
Did you get the email I sent you? We’re planning on doing a blog post on August 1 about boycotting Florida. I sent the email to a few bloggers. For at least one day no shopping with any Florida based products. Thanks.

  61. Another ache in my tooth : stop mimicking “black on black crime” unless we’re going to start saying “white on white crime.”
    ————————————————————–

Two good points LBM; personally, I prefer the term “inmate on inmate crime”

  62. One of the things we can start to do is stop maintaining white folks lies. Anyone watching the ESPY Awards can see clearly that WHITE FEMALES ARE NOT AFRAID OF BLACK MALES. Can we stop THAT lie?? I live in NYC and I see white females with the nattiest, blackest, etc etc dudes. So please. More than one of those jurors probably “rented a dread” at some point. My last trip to Senegal/Gambia was filled with images of white female predators paying for Black “escorts”. Where’s the fear? Stop the nonsense.

Another ache in my tooth : stop mimicking “black on black crime” unless we’re going to start saying “white on white crime.” No matter how many white males kill their wives and feed them to the neighbors, or white females kill their children – no one is saying it’s okay for any random Black person to walk up to a white creature and murder them.

These may seem minor but they things we can do (or not do) immediately.

P.S. Some of those flappin’ jaws on CNN and the like sex with white females so why aren’t they questioning this supposed “fear factor?”

  63. M.Black Says:

Cree. I feel everything you saying but the best weapon White People have ever devised to control and destroy us was and still is INTEGRATION. All the progress we’ve gained in the 50’s and 60’s has been turned to ashes because of this social mind f*ck. This MUST be stopped in order for us to gain a sense of self again or NOTHING that we come up will work. Those who strive for liberation will die alone, drowning in depressive clarity or as a desperate martyr for change, oppressed people could care less about, as long as we keep their hypocritical torture game going.

Integration has decimated the very foundation of whatever independent spirit we’ve possessed and in a couple more generations it will have licked our bones completely clean of it. We’re hopelessly doomed until there is enough inertia in society to force their hand so more of our kind can wake up.

I have a feeling that “inertia” will come in the form of a financial meltdown where white supremacists will allow the “old school” version of open season on our kind. But unfortunately, I think this is what is necessary to gain our liberation. It is in that time, I think our teachings of self will have the greatest impact. In the meantime we should teach ourselves as much as we can about being completely self-sufficient along with defensive strategies (as you stated in your post) and organic health. There could be very rough times for all of us, rich or poor, in the near future.

    Peace and Stay Focused.

  64. Black Floridian Trevor Dooley citing SYG and self defense shoots and kills unarmed white David James ,found guilty of all charges by a jury in 100 minutes. White george Zimmerman citing SYG and self defense shoots and kills unarmed black Trayvon Martin, acquitted of all charges in 16.5 hrs. What can we do ,I just got a text on what’s being called Travon Martin day. It calls for no purchasing on anything on July 23 2013. That is something we can do.

  65. Kushite Prince Says:

    @LBM
I understand your sentiments. But as I’ve said before,in AmeriKKKa a black man can’t be a hero or victim. He is always seen as the aggressor. Which is why this jury(no blacks) didn’t empathize with Trayvon. They saw him as an angry attacker. They believed everything that came out of Zimmerman’s mouth.

  66. Another assignment I would give black teenage student if I was their teacher is:

    1. How difficult/easy would it be to “paint you” (contamination by color) as a thug/rachet teenager if I employed a detective/PR firm to investigate you after you are found dead from a gunshot wound?

    a) DID you have a criminal record?
    b) What activities of constructive value DID you engage in on a regular basis?
    c) DID you have money? and if so, how DID you acquire it?
    d) DID your friends engaged in constructive activities?
    e) DID you interact with white people? if so, in order to do what?

Im not saying you can prevent the white supremacists from putting YOU on trial for your own murder; but you should not assist them in the process by leaving a “trail” of nonconstructive speech and/or actions for them to fashion into a narrative that HELPS justify your murder.

Don’t give em the “easy lay up”.

    Don’t give them anything.

  67. CREE-EIGHT Says:

Apology for the delay in approval, LBM. Your comments did not even appear for approval until today.

  68. CREE-EIGHT Says:

Apologies, Josh, for the very-delayed approval of your most recent comment. I don’t know how I overlooked it.

  69. I hear you KP. I watched closely for about the last 2 weeks, analysis and all. I too am drained. But I was hurt for Sabrina Fulton and very concerned for our young people which includes my daughter and her male classmates who are Trayvon’s age. I just felt like it wasn’t “just another killing of a black person”. And maybe I was hoping that it would elicit some stronger response/acknowledgement from our males that they are clearer about what needs to be done. I’m drained but can’t afford to really rest because a public license has been given to the average anti-human to provoke a situation, claim fear, and kill me or mine.

Note: I’m also very concerned with no emphasis being put on Trayvon’s feelings of fear. Dangerous – even from the prosecution side.

  70. “…at the rate they are going, they will not need to have sex with us to get our genes and that tech gap matched with their “ill will, spite, and hatred” will have us in an absolute headlock…”

THAT is so true, CREE. And we had better be very careful volunteering saliva, blood, etc.

  71. An observation:

Why didn’t the girl on the phone with Trayvon call the police after the line went dead? How can you just roll over and go to sleep after a phone call with your friend ends like that?

That being said, the real question black people need to address is, “what do you do now?”

    Wear a hoodie?
    Buy some Skittles?
March with Al Sharpcoon and messy Jerkson?
Burn down some Korean owned stores?

I say none of the above.

If I had a class of black teenage students and I was the teacher, I would give them the following 3 assignments:

    1. Identify all the ways if any; black people are mistreated on the basis of color BEFORE they are shot and killed.

    2. What you think the reason is for black people being mistreated on the basis of color.

    3. What you think black people should SAY and/or DO to compensate for being mistreated on the basis of color.

I would use 2 books to teach this class:

    1. The Isis Papers by Dr. Francis Cress Welsing (Which contains the Cress theory of color confrontation) It is my opinion that no black child should be confused about WHY they are subject to mistreatment based on color (like I was growing up)

    2. The United Independent Compensatory Code/System/Concept; A textbook/workbook for victims of racism/white supremacy — by Neely Fuller

The 2nd book would form the framework for each black child to produce his or her own compensatory code composed of suggestions they make for themselves regarding what they SAY and/or DO in all 9 areas of people activity; to compensate for, and ultimately prevent themselves from being mistreated on the basis of color.

    Economics
    Education
    Entertainment
    Labor
    Law
    Politics
    Religion
    Sex
    War

    Now,

will any black teacher do this?

    I doubt it.

    Why?

I suspect because they are afraid of losing their job (see assignment #1 above).

In conclusion, each black person needs to decide for him or herself, what they are UNWILLING to say and do in order to produce justice

I pray you’re right. I really do. This whole trial has been very draining. I’m just tired. *sigh*

  73. CREE-EIGHT Says:

It’s the totality of our being, KP, not merely the threat of being beaten up. From what I’m seeing, this thing is going to forever backfire on our tormentors. July 13, 2013. Black Resolve Day.

  74. Kushite Prince Says:

Yeah but I guess a seventeen year old big black brute is a BIG threat to them. You know Cree,I really hope this wakes up some of the sleepers. We really need to wake up to the reality of our situations. Integration,Obama, interracial marriage etc.. None of these things have solved the problem of racism.

  75. CREE-EIGHT Says:

Indeed, LBM…Gun, check. Martial arts, check. Keep anti-humans out of our breathing space, CHECK.

I also really do think we HAVE to raise the bar on our response beyond that minimum…because at the rate they are going, they will not need to have sex with us to get our genes and that tech gap matched with their “ill will, spite, and hatred” will have us in an absolute headlock with zero wiggle room in 1 to 2 generations.

  76. CREE-EIGHT Says:

A dog ain’t worth less to them, I suspect, KP. I think it is that a dog is no threat to them.

  77. CREE, I think the most scientific thing we can immediately do is stop giving them our DNA. Predominantly white countries are stressing over low birth rates. White infertility is a concern in this country. Why are we helping to preserve our tormentors?

I surely agree that we need to be using our access to technology more effectively. For some that may mean to stop using it 😦 but in general, I agree, we need to bring “guns” to this gunfight not toothpicks.

“We are now, OFFICIALLY, back in the the night-rider phase of white domination in this part of the world.”
    I so agree with that.

At the very least let’s make a commitment to physical fitness and self-defense training. Those who can, become gun owners. But all of us can commit to self-defense training. Because the anti-humans have indeed shifted into a higher gear. And please don’t think it’s just our young males in the vulnerable pit. When males KNOW that females don’t have the protection of males in their group expect the worst.

  78. Kushite Prince Says:

Michael Vick was involved with dog fighting. He gets two years in prison.
Zimmerman kills unarmed black teenager. He walks free with no charges. A dog’s life is worth more than a black person.

  79. Kushite Prince Says:

“A culture that goes against the balance of the universe is
psychopathic. A culture that goes against nature is psychopathic.
Nature is a divine and conscious being that isn’t separate of
humanity. A culture that promotes violence instead of peace is
psychopathic. This distorted European/Amerikkkan culture continues to
emcompass injustice, sexual deviancy and perversion, grotesque and
extreme abuse, inhumanity, patriarchy, and negative pathological
    behavior.”
